  • Use of P.T.F.E. packing throughout
  • Alignment assured by direct fastening of the air nozzle retainer right to the material nozzle
  • Robust construction out of high tensile aluminum alloy.

  Air Nozzle Hard brass stamping with taper location on material nozzle to ensure permanent concentricity. All critical machining done after plating
  Material Nozzle Hardened steel located in body and in air nozzle by tapers
  Needle Valve Nylon fitted with adjustable sleeve to compensate for wear
  Trigger Mild steel bright nickel plated
  Air Valve Nylon valve with steel stem
  Stuffing Box Adjustable stuffing box on air valve stem
  Connections Air inlet connection is 1/4" B.S.P. and fluid connection is 3/8" B.S.P.
